Ingredients
1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 tablespoons olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional, for a hint of heat)
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
2 cups fresh spinach, roughly chopped
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Salt and black pepper, to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Cooked pasta or crusty bread, for serving (optional)
Instructions
Step 1: Sear the Shrimp
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Season the shrimp with a pinch of salt and black pepper.
Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook for 1–2 minutes per side, until pink and opaque. Remove the shrimp and set aside.
Step 2: Sauté the Garlic
In the same skillet, add the garlic and red pepper flakes (if using).
Sauté for 30 seconds to 1 minute, until fragrant.
