Instructions:
🍰 Preheat oven to 325°F.
🧁 Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter, press into a springform pan.
🍰 In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.
🍯 Add sugar, eggs (one at a time), sour cream, and vanilla. Mix well.
🎂 Pour over crust and bake for 1 hour.
🔥 Chill in the fridge for at least 4 hours.
🍮 Sprinkle sugar on top and caramelize with a torch.
🍰 Slice, serve, and savor the indulgence!
