Prepare the Broccoli
If using fresh broccoli, steam it for 3–4 minutes until tender.
If using frozen broccoli, thaw completely and pat dry.
Finely chop the broccoli into tiny pieces so it mixes well.
Mix Everything Together
In a large bowl, combine chopped broccoli, shredded cheese, breadcrumbs, eggs, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and smoked paprika.
Stir until fully combined and slightly sticky. (If the mixture is too wet, add more breadcrumbs!)
Shape into Bites
Using your hands or a small scoop, form 1-inch balls or small patties.
Place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Choose Your Cooking Method: Bake, Air Fry, or Fry!
Oven-Baked (Healthier Option)
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Spray the bites lightly with cooking spray.
Bake for 20–25 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown and crispy.
Air Fryer (Super Crispy!)
Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
Spray air fryer basket and place bites in a single layer.
Air fry for 10–12 minutes, shaking halfway, until crispy and golden.
Pan-Fried (Extra Crunchy!)
Heat 2 tablespoons oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Fry each bite for 2–3 minutes per side, until golden brown and crispy.
Drain on a paper towel-lined plate.
Serve & Enjoy!
Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
