Instructions
Step 1: Preparing the Chicken
Clean and Cut: Start by cleaning the chicken tenders and patting them dry with a paper towel.
Cut them into uniform strips if they are not pre-cut.
Season: Season the chicken strips with salt and pepper to taste.
Step 2: Egg Coating
Beat the Eggs: In a bowl, crack open the eggs and separate the yolks. Beat the yolks lightly.
Coat the Chicken: Dip each chicken strip into the egg yolk mixture, ensuring it is fully coated.
Step 3: Breading the Chicken
Prepare Breadcrumbs: Pour the breadcrumbs into a separate shallow dish.
Bread the Chicken: Roll each egg-coated chicken strip in the breadcrumbs, pressing down slightly to ensure an even coating.
Step 4: Frying the Chicken
Heat the Oil: In a large frying pan, heat the oil over medium-high heat.
Fry the Chicken: Once the oil is hot, carefully place the breaded chicken strips into the pan. Fry until they are golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes per side.
Drain: Remove the chicken from the oil and place it on a paper towel-lined plate to drain any excess oil.
Serving Suggestions
Serve the crispy chicken tenders with your favorite dipping sauces such as honey mustard, BBQ sauce, or ranch dressing. They also pair well with a side of fries or a fresh salad.
