For the Crispy Coating

1 cup all-purpose flour

½ cup cornflour (makes it extra crispy)

1 tsp paprika

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

½ tsp salt

½ tsp black pepper

Optional: ½ tsp dried oregano or Italian seasoning
