Instructions
Cut the potatoes into slices, then into thin sticks.
Place them in a container.
Add a little vinegar.
Add water, cover, and let sit for 10 minutes.
Dry the potatoes with a cloth.
Transfer the potatoes to a bowl, add cornstarch, and mix with your hands.
Heat a pan and add the oil. When hot, fry the potatoes until golden brown.
Remove, place on a plate, and serve.
