Step 1: Prepare the Shrimp Filling

In a bowl, toss the shrimp with garlicsoy saucesesame oilsaltpepper, and parsley.
Let marinate for 10–15 minutes.

Step 2: Wrap the Shrimp

Lay out a spring roll wrapper or phyllo sheet.
Place a shrimp on one end. Roll tightly into a cigar shape, folding in the sides as you go.
Seal the edge with a bit of beaten egg.

Repeat with remaining shrimp.
