2. Press tofu to remove excess moisture and slice into cutlets.
3. In a shallow bowl, mix breadcrumbs, thyme, parsley, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
4. Brush tofu slices with olive oil and lemon juice, then press into the breadcrumb mixture.
5. Bake on a lined tray for 20–25 minutes, flipping halfway, or fry in a skillet until golden and crispy.
6. For the sauce, heat olive oil in a small pan and sauté garlic until fragrant. Stir in lemon juice, soy sauce, and cornstarch slurry. Cook until thickened.
7. Serve tofu with the lemon sauce drizzled on top, accompanied by rice or steamed vegetables.
