- 3 large yellow potatoes (about 900g or 2 lbs)

- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 30-40g (1/3 cup) grated
- 50g (1/4 cup)
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
Directions:
- Preheat the Oven:
- Preheat your oven to 220°C (425°F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
- Prepare the Potatoes:
- Wash and dry the potatoes. Cut them into wedges, aiming for pieces that are roughly equal in size to ensure even cooking.
- Prepare the Coating:
- In a large bowl, combine the Panko breadcrumbs, salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.
