1. Prepare the Rice Mixture
- In a bowl, combine 200g of cooked rice with 1 beaten egg. Mix well.
2. Sauté the Vegetables
- Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add the chopped onion and stir-fry for 2 minutes.
- Add the chopped carrot and stir-fry for an additional 3-5 minutes, until tender.
- Transfer the sautéed vegetables to the bowl with the rice mixture.
3. Combine Ingredients
- Add 1 tbsp of all-purpose flour and 2 tbsp of Parmesan cheese to the bowl.
- Season with salt, black pepper, and a pinch of crushed red pepper.
- Mix everything well until thoroughly combined.
4. Form and Coat the Patties
- Place bread crumbs on a plate.
- Scoop the rice mixture into balls using a spoon or your hands, then flatten each ball to form a patty.
- Roll each patty in the bread crumbs to coat evenly. Repeat until all the mixture is used.
5. Fry the Patties
