2 lbs beef sirloin or flank steak, sliced into thin strips
2 bell peppers (red and green), sliced
1 onion, sliced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes, undrained
¼ cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 cup beef broth
1 teaspoon black pepper
½ teaspoon ground ginger (optional for extra flavor)

Prepare the meat and veggies:
Slice the steak into thin strips and cut the peppers and onions into even slices.
Mix the sauce:
