Instructions:
1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, yeast, and salt.
2. Gradually add the warm water and olive oil to the dry ingredients, stirring until a dough forms.
3. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes, until it becomes smooth and elastic.
4. Place the dough back in the mixing bowl, cover it with a clean kitchen towel, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour, or until doubled in size.
5. Once the dough has risen, shape it into a loaf and place it in a greased slow cooker.
6. Cover the slow cooker with a lid and cook the bread on high for 2-3 hours, or until the bread is golden brown and sounds hollow when tapped on the bottom.
7. Carefully remove the bread from the slow cooker and let it cool on a wire rack before slicing and serving.
