Cooking Instructions:
Step 1: Place the chicken in the slow cooker and season with salt and pepper, if desired. Whisk soup, gravy mix, and water together and pour over chicken.
Step 2: Cover the crock-pot and allow to cook on low for about 4-6 hours. Then break the chicken breasts into small pieces before serving and serve over hot steamed rice.
Tips and Variations:
You can use chicken thighs or tenderloins instead of chicken breasts if you prefer.
If using frozen chicken breasts, cook on the higher end of the cooking time.
For added nutrition, you can also add frozen vegetables to the mixture.
