Instructions:
Step1. Combine garlic, ginger, beef broth, beef bouillon, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, cornstarch, and ½ tsp salt and pepper in a mixing bowl.
Step2. Add beef in a crock pot or slow cooker, then the broth mixture.
Step3. Add peppers and onion over the beef and close the pot.
Step4. Cook for 5 to 6 hours on low or 2 to 3 hours on high. Stir the beef halfway through the cooking time.
