Step 3. Set the vegetables aside and add the beef strips. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Cook for 3 to 5 minutes, until no longer pink. Stir in the Worcestershire sauce.
Step 4. Arrange the croissants in a circle on the baking sheet, overlapping them to form a ring.
Spread the steak mixture evenly over the wider end of the dough. Sprinkle with provolone.
Fold the pointed ends of the dough over the filling and tuck them under the ring.
Step 5. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, until golden brown.
Sprinkle with fresh parsley, slice, and serve warm.
