Cucumber Lemon Mint Detox Elixir

🍋 INGREDIENTS:

For 2 servings (approx. 500 ml total):

  • 1 large cucumber, peeled and chopped
  • Juice of 1 large lemon (or 2 small lemons)
  • 8–10 fresh mint leaves
      • Pinch of Himalayan pink salt (optional, for mineral balance)
      • Ice cubes, for serving
      • Cucumber and lemon slices + mint sprigs, for garnish
          • 1 cup cold water
          • ½ cup coconut water (optional, for added electrolytes)
          • 1 tsp grated ginger (optional, for digestion and warmth)
