Directions:
Wash the chicken breast fillets and pat them dry. Then cut them into thin strips.
In three separate bowls, prepare the flour, beaten eggs (with a pinch of salt and pepper) and breadcrumbs.
First coat the chicken strips in flour, then in beaten eggs and finally coat them well in breadcrumbs.
Heat a pan with enough oil. Fry the breaded chicken strips in batches until golden and crispy. Make sure the oil is hot enough to crisp the chicken.
Drain the fried chicken strips on kitchen paper to remove excess oil.
Serve with sides of your choice, such as a delicious sauce, French fries or a fresh salad.
