Old Bay seasoning 1 teaspoon
All-purpose flour 1 cup
Salt-free lemon pepper seasoning 1 teaspoon

Butter 2 tablespoons
Baking powder 1 teaspoon
Garlic cloves, finely minced 2
Instructions:
Prepare lobster tails: Thaw frozen tails overnight. Cut down the center of the top shell and gently remove the meat.
Marinate: Combine buttermilk, Old Bay seasoning, and garlic in a bowl. Marinate lobster tails for at least 30 minutes.
