1 cup mayonnaise
1½ tablespoons ketchup
1½ tablespoons prepared horseradish
½ teaspoon paprika
½ teaspoon cayenne pepper
¼ teaspoon dried oregano
¼ teaspoon salt

Instructions
Soak the Onions
