Ingredients:
๐ฅ 3 sheets of puff pastry (approx. 270 g, available in Polish stores)
๐ 200 g raspberries (fresh or frozen)
๐ 50 g powdered sugar
๐ 1 teaspoon lemon juice
๐ฅ 250 ml cream 36%
๐ฆ 100 g mascarpone
๐ฏ 2 tablespoons of powdered sugar for the cream
๐ซ 50g dark chocolate
๐ถ 100 g icing (powdered sugar + a few drops of lemon juice + a little water)
๐จโ๐ณ Preparation:
1๏ธโฃ We bake puff pastry
โ๏ธ Preheat the oven to 200ยฐC.
โ๏ธ Place the puff pastry sheets on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
โ๏ธ Cover the dough with a second sheet of baking paper and place the second baking tray on top (this prevents it from rising too much).
โ๏ธ Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
