Preparation:
Prepare the mushrooms: Clean the mushrooms and cut them into thin slices. In a pan, melt the butter with a crushed garlic clove and, when hot, add the mushrooms. Cook them over medium-high heat for about 5-7 minutes, until they have softened and released their water. Season with salt and pepper and add the chopped fresh parsley. If you like, you can add a little white wine to add more flavor.
Prepare the rolls: Take the slices of cooked ham and arrange them on a flat surface. On each slice, place a little cheese (cut into thin slices) and a spoonful of mushrooms. Roll each slice on itself to form rolls.
