Cooking: In a large skillet, heat the olive oil. Place the rolls in the pan and cook over medium-low heat for 4-5 minutes, turning gently to brown on all sides. If desired, you can sprinkle a little grated parmesan cheese over the rolls in the last few minutes of cooking to brown them.
Serving: When the rolls are golden brown and the cheese has melted, serve them piping hot, perhaps accompanied by a side of vegetables or potatoes.
