Steps:
Warm oil in a pan over medium to high heat.
Add in the sliced chicken and let brown about 3-5 minutes.
In a bowl, whisk together with soy sauce, chicken broth, brown sugar, rice vinegar, sesame oil, ginger, cornstarch and garlic.
Pour the sauce in with the cooked chicken and continue to mix and combine until sauce has thickened, about 1-2 minutes. Serve on top of rice and steamed veggies. Enjoy!
