Ingredients:
4 apples, peeled, cored and cut into wedges

60 ml (1/4 cup) firmly packed brown sugar
4 medium Old El Pasoβ’ flour tortillas (6-inch [15 cm])

Preparation:
1.Preheat broiler 230Β°C (450Β°F). Shower a 20 or 23 cm (8 or 9 inch) baking dish with cooking splash (1.9 L [2 quarts]).
