Instructions:
First, cook the condensed milk in a pressure cooker for 45 minutes. Then, dissolve the gelatin according to the package instructions.
Next, grease a 9-inch (22 cm) glass dish with oil and set it aside. After that, blend the milk, dissolved gelatin, cooked condensed milk, and vanilla in a blender until smooth.
Afterwards, pour the mixture into the greased dish and refrigerate for about 4 hours, or until it sets completely. Finally, carefully unmold, decorate with whipped cream, and serve.
