- Ingredients: You’ll need the peel of one pineapple, a cup of brown sugar, and about a gallon of water. Optional ingredients include cinnamon sticks or cloves for additional flavoring.
- Preparation:
- Wash the pineapple peel thoroughly.
- In a large jar, combine the pineapple peels, brown sugar, and optional spices.
- Add water to cover the mixture and stir well.
- Cover the jar with a cloth and secure it with a rubber band.
