Recipe 2: Garlic and salt bath to soften plantar warts
Ingredients:
3 fresh garlic pods
1 litre of hot water
2 tablespoons of coarse salt
A basin for soaking the feet or hands
Preparation:
1. Peel and crush the garlic cloves to reduce them to pulp.
2. Mix the crushed garlic and salt in hot water.
3. 3. Pour the mixture into a basin and leave to stand until the temperature is comfortable for the skin.
4. Soak the affected area for 15 to 20 minutes.
