4 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon water
2 tablespoons coconut oil

Instructions:
Blend the Ingredients: Add all ingredients to a blender and process until smooth (around 1 minute). High-powered blenders like a VitaMix work best but a standard blender will do the job.
Strain the Juice: Pour the mixture through a fine-mesh strainer into a measuring cup, pressing the solids to extract every drop of juice. You should get about 1 cup of liquid.
Freeze the Mixture: Pour the juice into a silicone ice cube tray. Each cube should hold around 2½ tablespoons, making about 9 cubes. Freeze until solid, at least 1 hour.
Store for Convenience: Transfer the frozen cubes to a labeled ziplock bag with instructions. Store in the freezer for up to 2 months.
