How to make and use:
- First, you need to wash 4 tbsps of rice thoroughly to remove all the dirt.
- Now soak the rice in a glass of water overnight. Next morning strain the rice water, add a few drops of tea tree oil and mix it well.
- Pour the rice water into an ice cube tray and let it freeze for about an hour or 2.
- Once frozen, remove the tray, pop 1 ice cube, and rub it on your face. Oh, how refreshing it feels!
- Use 1 rice water ice cube daily to get porcelain clear skin. I’d suggest you use it during nighttime right before you start your night skincare routine.
2. Rice ice cubes for Clear Skin
You will need:
- Cooked rice – 4 tablespoons
- Coconut milk – 1 cup
- Vitamin E oil
- Ice tray
How to make and use:
- Add 4 tbsps. Of cooked rice in a cup of coconut milk and blend them well to make a smooth concoction. Add a capsule of vitamin e oil to it (it’s approx. 1 teaspoon).
- Mix it well and pour the rice milk into an ice cube tray, freeze it for 2 hours.
- Once they are ready, pop one rice ice cube and rub it on your face in a circular motion.
- Use 1 rice ice cube daily to experience radiant-looking and glowing skin.
- It brightens the skin tone, prevents premature aging, and boosts healthy cell production.
- Side tip: If you have dark spots, add a pinch of turmeric to the rice milk and use these turmeric rice milk ice cubes to lighten dark spots and hyperpigmentation.
