Experts have also expressed their opinions regarding sleeping with a partner, noting some benefits such as stress reduction, improved well-being, reduced insomnia, and temperature regulation, among others.

Recently, American psychologist Richard Wiseman, from the University of Hertfordshire in the United Kingdom, conducted research that noted the significance of sleeping position and distance when sleeping with your partner.
The study revealed that the highest number of couples, 42%, sleep facing away from each other, 34% maintain some type of contact, and 31% sleep on the same side throughout the night.
