You should also avoid cleaning furniture with a shiny surface with a microfiber cloth. Again, there’s a layer over the surface that can get damaged. This can cause the furniture to become dull, which is unfortunate. A cotton cloth with a bit of warm water works best for this.
Cleaning a Mirror with a Microfiber Cloth
Cleaning a mirror is also better not done with a microfiber cloth. The reflective surface of the mirror can get scratched by the microfiber cloth, and that’s certainly something you want to avoid.
