🥣 METHOD
Place water and butter over medium heat and boil until butter melts.
Add salt and flour, mixing with a spoon until dough forms.
Add vanilla extract to dough, then crack 3 eggs, one at a time, while working dough with a hand mixer.
Transfer dough to piping bag and pipe 12 circles onto parchment paper.
Cook each doughnut in preheated oil for 3-4 minutes or until golden brown on both sides
