Instructions:
- Prepare the Ingredients:
- Rinse the spinach and kale thoroughly.
- Peel and slice the banana.
- If using fresh pineapple and mango, chop them into chunks.
- Blend the Greens:
- Add the spinach and kale to the blender first. Pour in the almond milk to help blend the greens more easily.
- Blend on high until the greens are completely broken down and the mixture is smooth.
- Add Fruits and Seeds:
- Add the banana, pineapple, mango, chia seeds or flaxseeds, and honey or agave syrup (if using) to the blender.
- Blend until all the ingredients are fully combined and the smoothie is creamy.
- Adjust Consistency:
- If you prefer a thicker smoothie, add ice cubes and blend again until smooth.
- For a thinner consistency, add more almond milk until you reach the desired texture.
- Serve:
- Pour the smoothie into a glass or a to-go cup if you’re in a hurry.
