Super Green Smoothie for Breakfast

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Ingredients:
    • Rinse the spinach and kale thoroughly.
    • Peel and slice the banana.
    • If using fresh pineapple and mango, chop them into chunks.
  2. Blend the Greens:
    • Add the spinach and kale to the blender first. Pour in the almond milk to help blend the greens more easily.
