Instructions
1. Preheat and Melt Butter
Cut the butter into small pats and place them in a 9×13-inch baking dish. Put the dish in the oven while it preheats to 425°F, just until the butter melts.
2. Blend the Batter
While the butter is melting, add the eggs, milk, flour, salt, cinnamon, and vanilla to a blender. Blend until the batter is smooth and evenly combined.
3. Bake
Carefully pour the batter over the melted butter in the hot dish. Bake for 22 minutes, or until the edges are puffed and golden brown.
4. Serve
Cut into slices and serve warm. Top with powdered sugar, syrup, whipped cream, or fresh fruit—whatever your brunch heart desires.
