Easily one of my favorite ever meals! The sauce is pure perfection

Add Remaining Ingredients:
Pour in the beef broth until it covers the meat.
Add the crushed tomatoes, fresh thyme sprigs, and bay leaves. Stir to combine.
Slow Cook:
Season the mixture to taste and cook on low for 6-8 hours until the beef is tender and cooked through.
Final Touches:
Remove and discard the thyme sprigs and bay leaves.
Shred the beef if desired and serve over cooked noodles.
Garnish with chopped parsley and grated Parmesan cheese before serving
