- 4 cups (500g) all-purpose flour
- 1 ½ teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon instant yeast
- 1 ½ cups (360ml) warm water (110–115°F/43–46°C)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil (plus more for greasing)
