  • 1/4 cup onion, finely chopped

Optional Vegetable Additions:

  • 1/4 cup bell peppers, diced
  • 1/4 cup broccoli florets, chopped
  • 1/4 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

Herbs and Cheese:

  • 2 tablespoons fresh coriander leaves, chopped (or substitute with parsley or chives)
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded (or substitute with cheddar)
