1 medium potato
1 lemon
Large salt
1 tablespoon of toothpaste
Equipment required:
Grate
Screen or stamen
Towel
for bowl
Instructions:
Grate the potato to a coarse rasp and place it in a bowl. Use a sieve or stamen to filter the juice from the grated potato.
Cut the lemon in half and squeeze the juice. Pour the lemon juice into the potato juice bowl.
Add a small amount of coarse salt to the bowl and mix well.
Add toothpaste to the mixture until a smooth paste is obtained.
Implementation:
Apply the dough to the cracked heels and massage gently for a few minutes.
You can also use a punctuary stone to help remove dry skin.
Leave the dough to act for 15 to 20 minutes, then rinse your feet with warm water.
Dry your feet with a towel and apply a moisturiser to the feet.
This paste can be used two to three times a week to keep your heels soft and smooth. However, if the cracks are severe or persist despite the use of the dough, it is recommended that a doctor or podiatrist be consulted for further assessment and treatment.
