At 75, he has had to postpone parts of his Farewell Yellow Brick Road tour to focus on his recovery. Reports also suggest that John declined an invitation to perform at King Charles’s coronation concert, a decision that surprised many given his close connection to the royal family, particularly his performance at Princess Diana’s funeral.
