Ingredients:
2 lbs beef stew meat (chuck roast, cut into 1-inch cubes)
4 medium potatoes, peeled and cut into chunks
4 large carrots, peeled and sliced
1 onion, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 cups beef broth
1 cup red wine (optional)
2 tbsp tomato paste
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp dried thyme
1 tsp dried rosemary
