Express pineapple mousse with sour cherries

Rest time: 2 hours in the refrigerator

Ingredients:
300g pineapple chunks (fresh or canned, well drained)

250ml liquid full-fat cream (at least 30% fat)

100g sweetened condensed milk

2 gelatin sheets or 1 level teaspoon gelatin powder

2 tablespoons cold water (to rehydrate the gelatin)

A few sour cherries or candied cherries for garnish
