How to prepare the famous red shrimp lobster:
1. Heat a cast iron skillet and add olive oil.
2.Add the shrimp and cook until they are soft and no longer translucent. Reduce the heat. Remove shrimp and set aside.
3. Add the garlic and sauté for 2-3 minutes. Don’t let the garlic brown, it will become bitter.
4. Add white wine and lemon juice.
5. Cook until the wine is reduced by half. After reduction, add Italian seasoning.
6. Reduce the heat to low and add the butter. If the pan is too hot, the butter will come off.
7. Put the shrimp back into the sauce, add the parsley and season with salt and pepper.
8. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan.
