Bring the yeast to life:
In a small dish, combine the yeast with warm water or milk. Add the ingredients and mix until you get a paste.

Put on the face mask:
After washing your face, pat it dry. Spread the yeast mask over your neck and face using clean fingertips or a brush.
Give it time to work: Keep the mask on for at least fifteen to twenty minutes. You may feel a slight tightness as it dries.
Rinse: After rubbing the mask into your skin in circular motions for light exfoliation, rinse it off with warm water.
To lock in moisture, follow with a little moisturizer.
