Fat-burning detox drink for the morning

INGREDIENTS:
Lemons (2)
Fresh ginger root (5 cm piece)
1 teaspoon turmeric powder
Pinch of cayenne pepper or black pepper (optional)
4 cups water
Honey (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS:
Thinly slice the lemon and ginger.
Bring a medium pot of water to a boil.
Remove from the heat once the water boils and add the lemon slices, ginger, turmeric, and pepper.
