Directions:
- Brown the ground beef over medium-high heat until no longer pink. Drain any excess fat, then add the taco seasoning and water. Simmer on low heat for about 5 minutes, or until the liquid is absorbed and the meat is thoroughly coated in seasoning.
- Layer chili cheese Fritos on the bottom of an 8×8 baking dish. Place the seasoned meat on top of the Fritos.
- In a saucepan, heat the cheddar cheese soup and milk over low heat until warm. Once heated, pour the cheese mixture over the meat.
- Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the cheese sauce.
- Place the baking dish in a preheated oven at 350°F for about 12-14 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and scoop out desired portions onto plates.
- Serve with your favorite taco toppings such as salsa, sour cream, tomatoes, onions, avocado, or jalapenos.
