Transcranial Stimulation:
Transcranial stimulation is based on the generation of electrical current in specific areas of the brain. While it’s true that electric current can produce electromagnetic fields, some might consider this approach not to be the most appropriate for treating fibromyalgia.

If our goal is to increase the levels of neurotransmitters such as serotonin and melatonin, there are less invasive alternatives, such as dietary changes, which represent the first therapeutic approach.

To increase the presence of neurotransmitters, I recommend consuming foods rich in tryptophan, such as beans, as they have the ability to stimulate the production of these important chemical messengers.
