°240 ml (1 cup) warm milk
°75 g (¼ cup) condensed milk
°1 egg
°30 g (2 tablespoons) sugar
°7 g (2 ¼ tsp) dry yeast
°520 g (4 ¼ cups) flour
°1 tsp salt
°50 g (¼ cup) butter, softened
°45 g (3 tablespoons) butter
°45 g (3 tablespoons) condensed milk
METHOD:
Whisk the hot milk with the sugar and condensed milk. Adding dry yeast & an egg, whisk again. Mix liquids with dry ingredients – flour and salt.
