METHOD
Whisk warm milk with sugar, egg, and yeast.
Combine salt with flour and add to the liquids.
Knead the dough until smooth and set aside for 10 minutes.
Knead soft butter into the dough.
Set the dough aside for 30 minutes, then cut into pieces and roll each one out.
Roll the dough into cigars and place it on a parchment-covered baking sheet.
Set aside for an hour, brush with egg wash before baking.
Bake at 160C/320F for 20 minutes.
