Cut potatoes and onions into strips. Salt and season with any spices to your liking.
Roll out each bun into the thinnest layer.
Spread the filling in an even layer and roll it up. Wrap it in a snail and place it on a baking sheet covered with parchment.
Grease with beaten yolk and bake at 180 degrees for about 30 – 35 minutes.
