- Pulse ingredients in a blender until desired size and texture.
- Pour the contents of the blender into a bowl, and stir in 1 cup water and mix with a fork until guacamole is desired consistency. Add more water 1 teaspoon at a time if needed.
- Let rest for 1-2 minutes to allow ingredients to absorb moisture.
- Serve immediately.
- Spread the beautiful mixture on the trays and freeze overnight and FD with an extra 6 hours of dry time.
- Not disappointed. Sometimes I reconstitute with a splash of the green avocado herdez salsa and water and it’s so good.
